What happens next

1. You'll receive an automated acknowledgement within ten (10) business days.
2. We may ask you to verify your identity to protect your data.
3. We will respond substantively within forty-five (45) days, with a possible 45-day extension where allowed by law.
4. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our response or emailing privacy@b-seen.io.
5. EEA / UK residents may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

You may also exercise these rights by emailing privacy@b-seen.io directly. We do not charge fees for handling reasonable requests and we will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
