A 16-year-old boy presented after a BB gun injury to the left eye (OS). Best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA) was 20/100 in OS and 20/20 in the right eye. Slit-lamp examination showed conjunctival injection, circular corneal edema with Descemet folds at the impact site of the pellet, iritis, and microhyphema (A).
