We wish to comment on the article by Zhou et al1 on the prevalence of retinal folds and peripapillary wrinkles (PPWs) in childhood papilledema and pseudopapilledema. The authors reported folds in 90% of patients with papilledema and 38% of those with pseudopapilledema (mostly optic disc drusen [ODD]).
