NEW YORK—RemoniHealth, a U.S.-based innovator in remote care management and AI-enabled ocular disease monitoring, announced it has expanded its proprietary Vision-as-a-Service (VaaS) platform through new, exclusive licensing arrangements. This expansion follows the completion of over 150,000 remote monitoring encounters using the platform, which is the first comprehensive Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Principal Care Management (PCM) solution designed for eyecare, the announcement said. RemoniHealth said it added four powerful, clinically validated remote vision tests to its cloud-based VaaS ecosystem, expanding the platform to cover more than 90 percent of the U.S. population suffering from chronic, sight-threatening eye diseases—including dry AMD, wet AMD, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, dry eye, and various neuro-ophthalmic conditions.
